Knightvest Residential is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper in Dallas, TX to maintain curb appeal and the overall appearance of the apartment community. You will perform outdoor maintenance, housekeeping, and groundskeeping tasks to support the property team and deliver an excellent resident experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in groundskeeping, maintenance, or general property upkeep preferred.
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Knowledge of landscaping, basic maintenance, and janitorial tasks preferred.
• Ability to follow safety regulations and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to write, read and speak in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections and upkeep of the property, ensuring curb appeal and addressing safety issues.
• Complete routine maintenance, repairs, and janitorial tasks according to schedule and company standards.
• Assist with refurbishing and renovation of apartments as directed by management.
• Prepare units for move-in, ensuring all tasks meet KV's "I would live here" standard.
• Report safety concerns to the manager promptly and participate in safety meetings.
• Maintain pool, landscaping and amenities to ensure a high-quality resident experience.
• Inform manager of supply needs and keep storage areas organized and secure.
• Respond to resident requests in a professional and timely manner.
