Legacy Partners in Redmond, WA seeks a dedicated Grounds Maintenance Technician for on-site, full-time work Monday through Friday to keep exterior spaces pristine and inviting across the multifamily portfolio.

You will water landscaping in summer, perform exterior upkeep, and assist with pool/spa care and apartment turnovers, supporting the property’s curb appeal and resident experience.

Competenze

• Must be able to perform grounds maintenance duties as part of daily on-site tasks.
• Ability to water landscaping during summer and assist with general outdoor upkeep.
• Assist with exterior painting, repairs, and touch-ups to maintain curb appeal.

Mansioni

• Grounds Maintenance – remove litter and clean entryways, sidewalks, parking areas.
• Landscaping – daily watering of landscaping in summer and general upkeep.
