Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Porter to join our on-site management team in Plantation, FL. The role focuses on keeping the property's exterior image clean and well-maintained, performing tasks across common areas, grounds, and apartment make-readies as needed.

We value reliability, initiative, and teamwork. The position requires lifting 80-100 lbs, basic maintenance duties, and a willingness to respond to after-hours emergencies. A valid driver's license may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related maintenance or porter experience.
• Must be able to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• Must be on-call for after-hours emergencies.
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior image and overall property upkeep.
• Inspect property each morning and tidy grounds.
• Replace lightbulbs in common areas and breezeways.
• Assist with apartment make-readies and maintenance tasks.
• Clean and maintain pool area and common spaces.
• Support Maintenance Supervisor/Technician as needed.
