AIR Communities is seeking an Apartment Community Manager for Roosevelt Arlington Commons in Arlington, TX. You will lead a small team, supervise leasing and maintenance, manage the property budget, and drive revenue growth while delivering outstanding resident service.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting acumen, and a track record of achieving financial goals in a property setting. On-site responsibilities include coordinating leasing activity and maintaining compliance with company

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in sales, customer service, and asset management, ideally in property management.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role in property management.
• 2-4 years leading a team in competitive sales and customer service environment.
• Proven ability to mentor and coach a diverse group of team members.
• Demonstrated ability using sales processes and metrics to drive results.
• Possess general understanding of financials and budgets.
• Knowledge of Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce.

AIR offers attractive compensation packages that reward performance including:

• Estimated salary range of $80,000 - $85,000+ 15% target bonus opportunity.You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.

What You Will Do

What You Have

• At least 4 years of experience with sales, customer service, and asset management ideally in property management or similar industry (hospitality, retail, restaurants etc.)
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in property management.
• 2-4 years of experience leading a team of people in competitive sales and customer service environment
• Proven leader with ability to mentor and coach a diverse group of team members
• Demonstrated ability using sales processes and metrics to drive results
• Possess general understanding of financials and budgets
• Knowledge of various property management systems and tools (ie, Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce etc.)
• Flexible schedule availability to work during ouroffice hours. Typical schedule will beTuesday – Saturday,10:00am – 6:30pm(hours may vary based on community and season).
