You will collaborate with Century teams to market and lease properties, while meeting organizational goals and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Advanced organizational skills and accuracy - able to complete many tasks all at once.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Strong sales background and ability to close a sale (almost half of your income is commission-based).
• Basic knowledge of Google products.

Responsibilities

• Field calls, schedule appointments, and show prospective residents available units.
• Assist prospects with the application process.
• Work with Century teams to market and lease available units and help with tasks outside the office.
