Job summary

Weigand-Omega Management is seeking a Residential Community Manager in Kansas City, KS to oversee day-to-day operations of the apartment community and staff. The role focuses on maximizing income, controlling expenses, maintaining property condition, and achieving target occupancy.

You'll handle leasing processes, service residents' needs, collect rents and fees, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalency, some college preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in management, sales, and/or office administration.
• ARM or CAM designations are preferred.
• HUD/LIHTC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize income and control expenses at the apartment community.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the management office and staff.
• Promote increased rental revenue, service residents’ needs, and collect rents and fees.
• Maintain property and target occupancy; ensure property is clean and in good repair.
