Omega Management Group in Parsons, KS is seeking a Community Manager to maximize rental income and control expenses across our apartment community. You will oversee day-to-day operations, staff, and ensure a clean, well-maintained property with target occupancy.

The role requires strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills. Prior apartment management experience and ARM/CAM designations are preferred; HUD/LIHTC experience is a plus.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalency is required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in management, sales, and/or office administration; prior apartment management experience preferred.
• ARM or CAM designations are preferred.
• HUD/LIHTC experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Maximize income and control expenses at the apartment community.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and organization of the apartment management office and staff.
• Promote increased rental revenue, service residents' needs, collect rents and fees, maintain the property.
• Ensure the property is clean, in good repair and occupancy targets are met.
