Job summary

AIR Communities is seeking an Apartment Community Manager for The Westside in Plano, TX. You will lead operations, sales, finances, and team development at a 412-unit community, directing leasing and maintenance to achieve revenue and resident satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and knowledge of property management tools; you’ll work a Monday–Saturday schedule with on-site responsibilities and a 75k–85k base plus bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in sales, customer service and asset management.
• 2+ years in a leadership role in property management.
• 2–4 years of leading a team in a competitive sales environment.
• Mentor and coach a diverse team; drive results with sales metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of at least 2 direct reports.
• Provide exemplary service to residents and team members.
• Manage the property budget, increase revenue, and meet financial goals.
• Oversee leasing and maintenance staff, coordinate leasing activities and ensure policy adherence.
