Job summary

Picerne Real Estate Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a community in West Warwick and Coventry, RI. The role requires a basic knowledge of apartment maintenance and a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities include preparing market-ready units, performing basic repairs, snow removal, and assisting with grounds and building upkeep. Competitive compensation is offered along with a robust benefits package.

• Assist custodial team with maintenance of community buildings to achieve occupancy goals.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician with proven skills for an apartment community located in WestWarwickand Coventry,RI. A general knowledge of apartment maintenance is required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparation of market-ready units, including basic mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical as needed, in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate effective and exceptional communication skills for communicating with residents, coworkers, and management.
• Demonstrate ability to contribute to and foster a team approach to serving residents and maintaining a successful community.
• Snow removal.
• Responsible for assisting custodial team with upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, clubhouse, parking lots and other community buildings as needed.
• Contribute to the achievement of occupancy goals by completing all tasks pridefully and successfully.
