Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready units with basic mechanical, carpentry, plumbing and electrical tasks as needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents, coworkers and management.
• Foster a team approach to serving residents and maintaining the community.
• Snow removal and general upkeep of grounds, amenities, exteriors, leasing office and common areas.
• Assist custodial team with maintenance of community buildings to achieve occupancy goals.
