Job summary

Monarch Investment and Management Group in Toledo, OH is seeking a full-time, on-site Housekeeper for Hunter's Ridge Apartments. You will clean and maintain model units, amenities, vacant apartments and public areas, with a Monday–Friday 8:00–5:00 schedule.

Starting pay is $15.00–$17.00 per hour. This role includes pre-employment screenings and comprehensive benefits such as 401k, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid holidays and PTO, plus training and tuition

Qualifications

• Essential duties include cleaning and maintaining appearance of property models, amenities, vacant units and public access areas.
• Duties include daily trash removal and interior area cleaning.
• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleaning all vacant apartments for new occupant
• Responsible for daily trash removal and cleaning of all public access and interior areas
• Responsible for care, maintenance and inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company
