Job summary

I & MJ Gross Company Inc. is seeking a qualified housekeeper to maintain all common areas of our apartment community in North Royalton, OH. The role may include training to serve as a Leasing Rep, supporting on-site management and maintenance teams.

• Cleans all common areas of the apartment community
• Vacuum and dust
• Clean vacant suites
• Inform management regarding safety concerns
• Work closely with on-site managers and maintenance technicians
• Performs other duties as assigned

Job description

We are searching for a qualified and dependable housekeeper to keep all common areas of our community clean and ensure that vacant apartments are ready for new residents. We'll also train you to fill in as Leasing Rep!

This position is located in North Royalton, OH.

Responsibilities include:

• Cleans all common areas of the apartment community
• Vacuum and dust
• Clean vacant suites
• Inform management regarding safety concerns (i.e.: trash in hallway, burned out bulbs, etc.)
• Work closely with on-site managers and maintenance technicians
• Performs other duties as assigned.
