Monarch Investment seeks a Housekeeper to join the Hunter's Ridge Apartments team in Toledo, OH. You will clean and maintain property models, amenities, vacant units and public areas, with a Monday–Friday 8:00–5:00 schedule on-site.

Starting pay is $15.00–$17.00 per hour, with annual reviews and a benefits package including 401k, medical, dental and vision insurance, life and disability coverage, paid holidays and PTO, plus training and tuition reimbursement.

• Cleaning all vacant apartments for new occupant.
• Daily trash removal and cleaning of public access and interior areas.
• Care, maintenance and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of property models, amenities, vacant units and public access areas. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
