Qualifications

• Prior groundskeeping, landscaping, janitorial, or apartment community experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
• Team-oriented with a commitment to excellent resident service.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean community.
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall appearance of the community grounds.
