Job summary

Tidy Turnover Team is seeking reliable cleaners to maintain an apartment building in Beachwood, OH. This role offers 2-4 shifts per week with a 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM schedule and a pay rate of $14/hr, paid weekly.

This W-2 position provides stable hours and opportunities for advancement within the site team. Responsibilities include cleaning common areas, restocking supplies, and following checklists while reporting any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Able to work weekends.
• Punctual and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas, hallways, stairwells, and lobby spaces.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Empty and reline trash and recycling bins.
• Clean restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, replenishing supplies).
• Wipe surfaces, door handles, and high-touch areas.
• Clean and remove trash from exterior of building.
• Report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Follow checklists and take photos.
