TIDY TURNOVER TEAM LLC in Cleveland, OH is seeking reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to maintain an apartment building. This role offers stable hours with a 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM shift, five days per week, Thursdays and Sundays off.

You will clean common areas, hallways, lobby, restrooms, and report maintenance issues while adhering to checklists. We provide free uniforms, training and development, and opportunities for advancement; you will be paid $14 per hour on a weekly basis.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning or janitorial work.
• Ability to follow checklists and safety procedures.
• Reliable and detail-oriented with consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas, hallways, stairwells, and lobby spaces.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Empty and reline trash and recycling bins.
• Clean restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, replenishing supplies).
• Wipe surfaces, door handles, and high-touch areas.
• Clean and remove trash from exterior of building.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Follow checklists and take photos.
