• Wipe surfaces, door handles, and high-touch areas
• Clean and remove trash from exterior of building
• Report maintenance or safety issues promptly
• Follow checklists and take photos

We’re hiring reliable and detail-oriented cleaners to maintain an apartment building in Beachwood, OH. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up consistently, and wants stable hours.

Position Details

Location: Beachwood, OH

Shift(s): 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours: 2-4 Shifts/Week

Pay: $14/hr WEEKLY

Type: W-2

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas, hallways, stairwells, and lobby spaces
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Empty and reline trash and recycling bins
• Clean restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, replenishing supplies)
• Wipe surfaces, door handles, and high-touch areas
• Clean and remove trash from exterior of building
• Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
