Responsibilities include property tours, guiding applicants through leasing, processing documents, and handling deposits with accuracy. Weekend availability and reliable, customer-focused service are valued traits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-12 months of apartment leasing experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Experience with Yardi, OneSite, or similar leasing software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must be able to tour the property, including stairs and outdoor areas.
