Essential Staffing Solutions is seeking experienced bilingual apartment leasing professionals to support diverse communities. The role involves conducting property tours, guiding residents through applications, and processing leases with a strong emphasis on customer service.

Ideal candidates have 12+ months of leasing experience, fluent English/Spanish, and familiarity with Yardi/OneSite. Weekend availability is required; we offer temporary-to-permanent opportunities and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of apartment leasing experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Experience with Yardi, OneSite, or similar leasing software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must be able to tour the property, including stairs and outdoor areas.
• Availability to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities
