Job summary

Essential Staffing Solutions, LLC seeks experienced Bilingual Apartment Leasing Professionals fluent in English and Spanish to support diverse communities. You will conduct tours, guide applicants through leasing, process documents, and respond to inquiries with a service-first mindset.

Ideal candidates have at least 12 months leasing experience, knowledge of Fair Housing, and familiarity with Yardi or OneSite. Weekend work may be required; weekly pay and ongoing skill development are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of experience in apartment leasing.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Experience with Yardi, OneSite, or similar leasing software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to tour the property, including stairs and outdoor areas.
• Weekend availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and communicate features and benefits.
• Guide residents through the application and leasing process.
• Process lease agreements, renewals and move-in docs.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Handle deposits and rent payments accurately.

Job Duties:

• Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the features and benefits of the community
• Guide prospective residents through the application and leasing process
• Process lease agreements, renewals, and move-in documentation
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Accurately handle deposits and rent payments
• Maintain accurate records and assist with leasing reports
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
