Job summary

iHerb, LLC is hiring a Senior Vendor Manager for APAC who will lead the evaluation, curation, and expansion of product assortments in the region. Based in Korea with a hybrid work mode, you will secure competitive terms and build strong vendor partnerships across Korea and Japan.

You will balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, aligning with cross-functional teams to drive category growth and ensure compliance with regional requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation and vendor-management capabilities.
• Advanced analytical and data-interpretation skills.
• Solid understanding of retail pricing, margins, and commercial drivers.
• Deep familiarity with Korean consumer goods and vendor landscape; Japanese market a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior Director, Merchandising and global teams to align on strategy and direction.
• Build and maintain an assortment relevant to the APAC market, focusing on Korea (and Japan).
• Own key category KPIs, including pricing, costs, gross margin, and promotions, driving improvements.
