iHerb is seeking a Marketing Director, APAC to lead end-to-end growth across Asia-Pacific. Based in Tokyo or Seoul, this role guides market strategy, partnerships, and budget allocation to drive new customer acquisition, retention, and profitability.
You will manage a geographically dispersed team, collaborate with Brand Marketing Operations, Merchandising, Finance and Global Logistics, and influence regional plans with global headquarters.

The Marketing Director, APAC is a key business leader responsible for driving the strategic direction for iHerb’s marketing across the Asia-Pacific region. This role will lead an end-to-end growth strategy and drive market success across APAC. This is a hybrid position based out of either Tokyo, Japan or Seoul, South Korea
Generally requires 12+ years of relevant experience, including significant experience in regional leadership roles across multiple APAC markets.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience.
