Job summary

Runway in the United States is seeking a Support Representative who can handle a high volume of tickets for account access, billing, and plan questions across Free, Standard, Pro, and Max users. You will use macros, playbooks, and AI suggestions to resolve issues quickly and accurately.

No creative or AI background is required; we will train you on the product. You should be precise in process-driven work, comfortable with repetition, and able to recognize when to route tickets to Tier 2 or

Qualifications

• Clear, accurate written communication in process-driven tasks.
• Able to handle repetitive, high-volume work with accuracy.
• Experience with Zendesk, Notion, or Slack is a plus, not required.
• 0–2 years in customer-facing or process-driven roles, preferably SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Resolve high-volume tickets across account access, billing, and plan questions for Free, Standard, Pro, and Max users.
• Use macros, playbooks, and AI support layer suggestions to close tickets accurately and quickly.
• Route tickets needing product judgment or complex tooling issues to Tier 2 Support or Enterprise.
• Flag recurring questions that lack a macro to drive future improvements.
