Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Site Contracts Manager to draft, review, negotiate, and track a variety of clinical trial and vendor contracts across locations, with a focus on APAC. You will partner with Clinical Operations to align contracting activities with study timelines.

The role emphasizes drafting strategy, budget considerations, and client-facing coordination in a CRO/life sciences environment. English fluency is preferred and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements and vendor contracts.
• Experience leading interactions with Study Teams and Sponsor.
• APAC site contract management experience including budgeting and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, negotiate and track confidentiality agreements, master agreements and clinical study agreements.
• Set up contracting strategies for assigned projects and ensure alignment with timelines.
• Coordinate with Clinical Operations study team and sponsors throughout contract lifecycle.
• Maintain documentation and monitor contract deliverables in APAC region.
