Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Site Start-Up Lead to join the Global Development team. You will lead the strategic execution of site and country start-up activities, driving study activation and ensuring regulatory compliance across our global portfolio.

The role requires 8+ years in pharma/clinical research, with strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration with Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, CROs, and internal teams to accelerate timelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years pharma/biotech/clinical research experience preferred.
• Experience leading global trial start-up activities including country and site activation.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and global study start-up processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global site and country start-up strategies for complex trials.
• Lead site activation planning and forecasting to meet milestones.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, CROs and partners to drive start-up execution.
