APC, the world’s largest producer of functional proteins, is seeking a Director of Sales, Asia-Pacific. You will shape and lead our regional commercial strategy, build and develop a high-performing sales team, and expand partnerships with customers and distributors across the Asia-Pacific region.

• Experience in distributor and channel management.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, and pricing negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales strategy and execution for Asia-Pacific.
• Develop and manage distributor and channel partnerships.
• Coach and develop regional sales talent.
• Create country-specific sales plans and market-growth strategies.
• Monitor performance and adjust plans to meet goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Regulatory, Logistics and Ops.
• Represent APC at trade shows and customer events.
