Capital.com is seeking a UA Manager (PPC) to own paid acquisition performance across Asia and Australia. You will manage live campaigns in Google Ads and, where possible, extend to paid social to support the regional media mix.

This hands-on role requires 3+ years in PPC, direct Google Ads experience, and the ability to adapt to regulatory constraints and currency variations. You will partner with regional marketing and compliance and report weekly on spend, ROAS, and CPA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on PPC management in fintech, trading, or regulated financial services.
• Direct experience with Google Ads (Search, PMax, UAC) is required.
• Paid social experience is a bonus but not required.
• Knowledge of mobile attribution constraints (iOS ATT/SKAD).
• Comfort managing multiple markets and currencies (APAC/ANZ).

Responsabilités

• Own and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Asia and Australia, focusing on ROAS and CPA targets.
• Extend into paid social to support the regional media mix when capacity allows.
• Manage budget pacing and reallocation across markets and channels.
• Run structured A/B tests and report results with before/after evidence.
• Monitor ATT/SKAD limitations and regional licensing constraints when planning campaigns.
• Localise strategy to market nuance, language, competition, and payment behaviours.
• Collaborate with regional marketing and compliance for sign-off and timing.
• Liaise with Google and platform teams on features, budgets, and escalations.
• Produce weekly spend, revenue, ROAS, and CPA reports for regions.
