  • Conversion rate optimization: Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to improve landing pages, forms, messaging, and user journeys. Use analytics and behavioral insights to identify opportunities for higher conversion rates.
  • Tracking and analytics: Implement and maintain accurate conversion tracking, UTM parameters, advertising pixels, Google Analytics, and tag management systems to ensure reliable measurement and reporting.
  • Reporting and insights: Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports, analyze attribution and funnel performance, and present actionable recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
  • Budget management and forecasting: Monitor advertising spend, maintain budget pacing, and forecast traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI using historical data and market trends.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Share performance insights and best practices across marketing channels, ensuring paid media activities align with SEO, content, and broader digital marketing initiatives.
  • Continuous improvement: Stay informed about advertising platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies. Test new channels, formats, tools, and automation opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and scalability.
Requirements

We are looking for an analytical, proactive, and results-oriented digital marketing professional with hands-on PPC experience, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to translate campaign data into effective optimization strategies.

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
