Job summary

Revelyst is hiring an Order Allocation & Fulfillment Specialist in Irvine, CA. You will manage allocation and fulfillment for APAC and LATAM, interfacing with Sales Operations, Distributors, and distribution centers.

You will maintain SAP-based allocation logic, coordinate with supply chain, and provide weekly forecasts to support staffing and on-time delivery. Strong SAP skills and 4–6 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in Allocation & Fulfillment, Sales Operations, Vendor Management, or similar.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook with strong interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of SAP Allocation and Delivery Functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage Sales Order Allocation & Fulfillment for APAC and LATAM regions.
• Act as the primary interface between Sales Operations & Distributors and our distribution centers in CA, SG, and vendor locations.
• Maintain customer master and allocation priority logic in SAP; support manual delivery exceptions.
• Provide weekly outbound delivery forecasts to assist planning and alert leadership to delays.
• Collaborate with supply chain to track vendor PO updates and backorder rescheduling.
• Coordinate stock transfer requests and monitor WMS-SAP synchronization with ERP.
