Job summary

Holafly is seeking an Inbound Sales Manager to lead and scale APAC chat sales across East Asia, building an AI-driven commercial foundation that turns regional demand into revenue. You will own conversion, AOV, and chat performance while designing scalable playbooks and automated routing.

You’ll manage a cross-cultural, remote team with emphasis on compliant regional practices and high autonomy, unlocking new markets and elevating existing ones through data-driven strategies and hands-on

Qualifications

• Deep East Asian commercial fluency, with hands-on consumer sales experience within top local messaging apps and regional payment rails.
• Market expansion expertise with a proven track record of opening or lifting new markets across Asia.
• Systems and AI leverage, demonstrating the ability to build automated solutions that multiply team capabilities.
• Cross-cultural leadership to coach and develop diverse, remote teams.
• Native-level fluency in a primary East Asian language and professional English.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional commercial growth by owning conversion rates, AOV, and revenue per chat across APAC.
• Spearhead new market launches across East Asia by capturing organic demand and establishing baseline closing rates.
• Elevate existing market performance in regions like Japan by diagnosing conversion trends and executing strategic plans.
• Design scalable operating systems by building regional playbooks, reporting frameworks, and automated routing rules.
• Leverage AI for operational efficiency by creating intelligent workflows that scale chat coverage.
• Lead a cross-cultural remote team by coaching diverse agents and ensuring compliance with regional guidelines.
