Job summary

Mirakl Connect APAC intern will split time between business development and customer onboarding. The role centers on growing the prospect base and guiding customers through onboarding to ensure a smooth activation on the Mirakl Connect platform.

You will gain hands-on mentoring, work with cross-functional teams, and help onboard marketplace clients and their sellers. Onsite in Sydney with access to best-in-class tools and training.

Qualifications

• Previous internship in sales, customer success, customer support or account management.
• Experience educating customers on or onboarding them to a solution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, discovery and presentation skills.
• Thoughtful, energetic and self-aware, able to build trust quickly.
• Process-oriented and data-driven, comfortable managing SLAs and dashboards.
• Nice to have: familiarity with marketplace/eCommerce/B2B SaaS concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support business development by sourcing and qualifying prospects.
• Lead onboarding sessions and coordinate with internal teams.
• Assist customers with training and resources on the Mirakl Connect platform.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, activities and onboarding in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with partners on technical setup and enablement materials.
• Contribute to webinars, events and campaigns with targeted follow-up.
