With 15+ years in finance and a Chartered Accountant credential, you’ll guide budgeting, cost control, and regulatory compliance while mentoring a large, matrixed team to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• CA (Chartered Accountant) with tech industry experience.
• 15+ years in finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control.
• Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.
• Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations.
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports.
• Ability to motivate teams to output quality materials under tight timelines.
• Experience with both small and large projects/programs.

Responsabilités

• Manage APAC financial closing and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
• Ensure APAC data complies with GAAP and US SEC close deadlines.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
• Review APAC transactions and oversee GL, sub-ledgers and records.
• Manage fixed asset systems and APAC cash reporting.
• Direct and coordinate financial planning and budgeting functions.
• Recommend benchmarks for financial/operating performance.
• Monitor monthly results vs. budget and oversee department operations.
