Job summary

Alpaca is seeking a Due Diligence Analyst - APAC to join our Risk team. You will support onboarding of international fintechs and financial institutions by ensuring due diligence, risk, compliance, and AML standards are met before launch.

This is a hands-on, partner-facing role at the intersection of risk management, third-party due diligence, compliance, and operations. You will evaluate prospective partners, review documentation, coordinate requirements, and guide onboarding through to launch.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or AML in regulated financial services.
• Comfort working with international partners and cross-jurisdictional reviews.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review and support due diligence for new partners and vendors.
• Coordinate timelines, gather documentation, and track onboarding progress.
• Assist with KYC/KYB and risk assessments.
• Maintain accurate records of reviews and decisions.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Operations, Legal and Product teams.
