Job summary

KOR Financial Inc. is seeking an analytical, hands-on client success leader to own APAC client relationships and lead implementations from kickoff through go-live and beyond.

You will partner with institutional clients, drive retention and growth, and help shape how client success operates at KOR. We hire at Manager or Director level depending on experience, with a fully remote setup and a market-competitive salary.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in OTC derivatives or regulatory reporting with client-facing or implementation experience.
• Knowledge of APAC regimes (ASIC, MAS) and exposure to EMIR, CFTC, SEC, CSA is a plus.
• Proven track record leading complex implementations for institutional clients.
• Experience owning client relationships, renewals and account growth.
• Analytical with data and able to diagnose issues before escalation.
• Experience using AI tools in daily work and shaping team usage.
• Excellent communicator across technical and executive stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to clients regularly (10–20%).
• Nice-to-have: SQL, APIs/JSON, ISO 20022 or FpML experience; scaling CS at a scale-up.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of institutional client relationships across APAC from operations to senior stakeholders.
• Lead client implementations end to end: scoping, planning, coordinating with engineering, test cycles and go-live.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex reporting, data and regulatory issues.
• Drive retention, renewals and account growth; partner with sales on expansions.
• Define and improve client success processes: onboarding playbooks, health scoring, QBRs, escalation paths.
• Use AI and automation to scale the team’s work and enhance client experience.
• Provide regulatory insight to inform product priorities and working groups.
• Visit clients on-site for kickoffs, go-lives, executive meetings and reviews.
• Director level: lead and grow APAC CS team and own CS metrics/reporting.
