Job summary

Horizon Trading Solutions in Hong Kong seeks a Customer Delivery Manager to coordinate client onboarding and ongoing delivery for APAC markets. You will liaise with Sales, Legal, Account Managers, Product Owners, Client Services, and Engineering to ensure successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.

You should have a Bachelor or Master in CS or similar, at least 2 years in client support and business analysis in electronic trading, and a strong interest in finance.

Qualifications

• Graduated with a Bachelor or Master’s degree in computer science or software engineering.
• Good understanding of Information Systems and Technology.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Client Support and Business Analysis in electronic trading.
• Willing to evolve to a Project Management role.
• Strong interest in finance and Electronic Trading solutions with ability to perform Business Analysis.
• Strong commitment to service and customer satisfaction, rigor and efficiency, problem solving.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent English and Cantonese; other Asian languages appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Assist presales and define project scope and delivery.
• Write specs/requirements and involve product experts when needed.
• Coordinate timelines and budgets with Managed Services.
• Onboard clients, identify gaps and risks, obtain UAT Sign Off.
• Communicate progress to Sales and Management; enforce contract deliverables.
• Gather client requests and manage workflow of tickets; escalate when needed.
• Provide visibility to clients on delivery plans for fixes and new features.
• Collaborate with Sales Account Management to capture client roadmap.
