Nscale seeks a high-caliber regional leader for the Vice President, AI Infrastructure Deployment Engineering - APAC, based in Singapore. You will drive deployment strategy, lead regional teams, and coordinate with vendors and regulators to scale cutting-edge AI compute across APAC.

This executive role demands deep data center expertise, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to align regional activities with global standards and timelines.

Qualifications

• Based in Singapore (or willing to relocate immediately).
• Senior leadership experience managing large-scale cloud/HPC/AI infra deployment teams across APAC.
• Deep understanding of data center physical infrastructure, server/rack deployment, power and liquid cooling.
• Experience navigating APAC vendor ecosystems, regulatory requirements, tax/import laws, and local ops nuances.
• Proven ability to interface with executive leadership and external strategic partners.

Responsabilités

• Lead AI infrastructure deployment initiatives across APAC data center locations and define roadmaps.
• Build and manage local field engineering, deployment, and site execution teams; set standards and safety.
• Coordinate with regional colocation providers, vendors, supply chain partners, and regulators; manage complex logistics.
• Collaborate with global engineering, networking, and deployment leads to ensure alignment with worldwide standards.
• Develop Master Deployment Schedules and drive vendor ecosystem coordination and stakeholder communications.
