Job summary

BidMachine Exchange, a fast-growing global programmatic exchange, is expanding its APAC team. We seek an Account Manager to strengthen partnerships with publishers and advertisers, drive growth, and optimize campaigns in the region.

You will analyze performance, collaborate with Sales, Product, and Tech, and stay current on APAC trends. English fluency is required; additional APAC languages are a plus. Remote opportunity with international exposure.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Services.
• APAC market knowledge and client needs understanding.
• Analytical skills to derive insights from data.
• Familiarity with programmatic platforms (DSPs, SSPs, exchanges) and campaign metrics.
• Fluency in English; APAC language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships with APAC publishers, advertisers, and agencies.
• Identify growth opportunities and propose optimizations across accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Tech to deliver tailored solutions.
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reviews and insights.
