Qualifications

• 4+ years of AP experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and internal controls.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel for reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounts payable operations and staff performance.
• Review and approve invoice coding, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
• Resolve escalated vendor disputes and payment discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Partner with Accounting Manager on process improvements and month-end close support.
