Job summary

Timber Ridge Health and Rehabilitation in Wisconsin is seeking individuals to join our team in an on-site accounting/administrative role. The position involves processing invoices, handling accounts payable, and providing reception support to residents and visitors.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform double-entry bookkeeping with debits & credits.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Effective communication skills to interact professionally with vendors, clients, visitors, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify payment of invoices on a timely basis.
• Manage accounts payable functions, including invoicing, collections, and aging analysis.
• Assist in establishment and maintenance of an adequate accounting system reflecting facility costs.
• Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, receipts, and other financial documents for audit readiness.
• Serve as the first point of contact at the reception desk, greeting visitors and directing to appropriate staff.
• Answer telephone, determine nature of call and direct caller to appropriate individual or department.
• Assist with administrative duties as directed (typing, filing, posting accounts, etc.).

Duties

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Prior housekeeping experience preferred
• If no experience, on-the-job training will be provided
