The role emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and process improvement within a hybrid Spring, TX environment, reporting to Finance & Accounting. You will mentor AP artisans and drive cycle-time reductions while supporting audits and month-end close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• 5+ years of accounting experience with at least 2 in a supervisory role.
• Experience in multi-entity AP environments preferred.
• Experience with ERP and AP automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end AP processes across multiple entities.
• Manage bi-weekly check runs, ACH, and wires.
• Maintain vendor master data and W-9 collection.
• Lead AP team with coaching and development.
• Design and enforce internal controls to prevent fraud.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Project Management, and Operations.
• Support month-end and year-end close and 1099 prep.
• Improve AP workflows and system integrations.
