Job summary

A+ Education Partnership seeks an AP Math Content Director to lead the statewide development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of Advanced Placement Math curriculum, instruction, and professional learning across Alabama.

The role collaborates with educators, school leaders, state agencies, and partners to ensure high-quality instruction, expand access to rigorous coursework, and raise student achievement while supporting middle and high schools across the state.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in math or related field.
• AP Math teaching experience required.
• Knowledge of AP curriculum standards and College Board expectations.
• Strong collaboration with educators and school leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, review, and revision of AP Math curriculum and resources.
• Design and improve AP Math assessments and instructional supports.
• Plan, recruit and train presenters for statewide professional learning.
• Coordinate logistics for statewide training events and conferences.
