ACCEL Day and Evening Academy in Mobile, Alabama is seeking a Classroom Teacher for Math for ACCEL's program. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year accredited college or university is required.
• Valid teaching certification in middle and high school math or related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in the subject matter and/or direct subject-area teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop lesson plans that meet state standards and network requirements.
• Coordinate lesson plans with other teachers to reinforce topics across subjects.
• Provide direct and indirect instruction and assess student progress.
• Create an engaging, innovative learning environment and manage the classroom.
• Report to the Principal and incorporate feedback from staff.
