Job summary

Cardinal Education is seeking a Foreign Language Coach to join our dynamic tutoring team. This part-time role offers flexible hours (3–30 hours per week) and training to develop professional coaching skills while helping families achieve language goals.

You will provide one-on-one support in foreign language subjects, assess student needs, and guide learners through AP-level coursework. Ideal candidates have tutoring/test-prep experience and a Bachelor’s degree in progress or higher.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work at least 3 hours per week.
• Proficiency in at least one foreign language at AP level.
• Experience in tutoring and/or test prep.
• Bachelor’s Degree in-progress or higher from a nationally accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one academic coaching in foreign language subjects.
• Identify students’ strengths and weaknesses and tailor coaching accordingly.
• Help students build confidence and reduce stress in coursework.
