Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Specialist - F&A - AP to perform accounts payable activities and lead a team in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment. You will handle escalations, KPIs, and training delivery in collaboration with the global training team.

The role requires a Bachelor's in accounting/finance or similar, advanced English, and strong leadership to ensure timely, accurate processing and delivery to clients. Office-based with flexible shifts in a dynamic Genpact setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or finance disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of AP processes, reconciliations and financial controls.
• Experience with data visualization and financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform AP activities and manage day-to-day processing.
• Handle escalations, resolution and decision-making.
• Produce SLA and KPI reporting and ensure adherence.
• Identify training needs and deliver trainings with global support.
• Lead and manage the team to meet timelines and accuracy.
• Communicate delivery issues to the Operations Manager.
• Daily contact with client and participation in calls/meetings.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and policy guidelines.
• Execute transformation initiatives and drive projects on schedule.
