Thrive Tutoring in Hendersonville, TN is seeking a knowledgeable AP Economics Tutor to provide individualized academic support to a high school student. The role focuses on breaking down economic concepts, building confidence, and guiding AP-style practice.

The tutor will conduct one-on-one sessions, tailor instruction to student needs, and help with coursework, exam prep, and real-world applications of economics. A strong educational background is required.

Formación

• Strong background in AP Macroeconomics or AP Microeconomics.
• Experience tutoring high school students.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Education, Business, or related field preferred.

Thrive Tutoring is seeking a knowledgeable, engaging, and experienced AP Economics Tutor to provide individualized academic support to a high school student in Hendersonville, TN.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in economics, experience working with high school students, and familiarity with the AP curriculum. We are looking for an educator who can break down complex economic concepts, build student confidence, and support academic success.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one tutoring in AP Macroeconomics and/or AP Microeconomics.

• Strong knowledge of AP Macroeconomics and/or AP Microeconomics.
• Previous experience tutoring or teaching high school economics preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Education, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with College Board AP Economics curriculum and exam expectations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to make challenging concepts approachable.
• Reliable, professional, and passionate about helping students succeed.

$60-85 depending on experience
