Job summary

Rezult is seeking an Accounts Payable (AP) Consultant to support our growing finance team in Nashville, TN. This role focuses on reviewing and auditing expense reports, processing vendor invoices, ensuring policy compliance, and maintaining accurate vendor records.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of AP experience, familiarity with Oracle EBS is a plus, and a detail-oriented mindset. This full-time position offers the chance to contribute to high-volume AP processes and ad hoc projects

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience working with Oracle EBS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review, audit, and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and reimbursement guidelines.
• Process high volumes of vendor invoices, verifying accuracy, proper coding, approvals, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain and update vendor records, including payment information, contact details, tax documentation, and banking changes.
• Ad hoc work as assigned.
