Accounts Payable Clerk - Position Description

• Minimum of 3-6 years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a large company.
• Experience managing large, complex projects and sizable AP teams.
• Proficient in three-way matching for payment verification and escalation procedures for discrepancies.
• Experience processing high volumes of invoices and understanding manual AP processes.
• Exposure to high-revenue projects for job costing (e.g., over $1 billion).
• Strong business acumen and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple business units and levels.
• Quick learner and able to ramp up rapidly.

Must-Haves

• At least 3 years of AP experience in a large or complex environment.
• Commitment to a multi-year opportunity in the San Antonio market.
• Willingness to work on-site 5 days a week on the south side of SATX.
• Legal eligibility to work in the USA.

Preferred

• Construction background or experience in large, complex organizations.
• Experience briefing C-level management.
• Bachelor's degree.
