Job summary

Fusion Global Academy is seeking a Calculus Virtual Teacher to shape flexible schedules, design creative lessons, and collaborate with passionate colleagues in a 1-to-1 private school for grades 4–12.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or teaching credential is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to teach AP Calculus AB and BC, following content standards — curriculum and resources provided.
• Experience working with students, including those with learning differences, neurodiversity, accelerated learning needs, and/or mental health challenges.

Fusion Academy is currently accepting employment applications for remote and virtual applicants who reside in the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington DC, Washington, Wisconsin. Fusion Global Academy teachers are required to maintain a minimum of 24 hours of availability paired across Monday/Wednesday and Tuesday/Thursday. Friday hours are also encouraged. All Fusion Academy employees must maintain physical residence in one of the above mentioned states.
