Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices by coding transactions and securing manager approvals before payment.
• Support timely payments and maintain accurate W-9 records to help prevent late fees and documentation issues.
• Prepare weekly and monthly checks and support daily deposits.
• Provide limited accounts receivable support, including monthly statements and follow-up on aged receivables.
• Provide coverage for team members when needed to support continuity across payables and deposit activities.
