Responsibilities

• Process and verify invoices with precision and confidentiality.

• Reconcile invoices for raw materials, packaging, finished goods, freight, and utilities.
• Match invoices to agreements and ensure rates and GL coding are correct.
• Maintain vendor records and ensure proper tax documentation.
• Assist with check runs, wires, and stop payments.
• Reconcile AP accounts to the General Ledger monthly.
• Provide backup for other AP functions as needed.

As an Accounts Payable Associate - Level 2, you'll play a critical role behind the scenes, making sure vendors are paid correctly, financial data is rocksolid, and the business keeps moving without a hitch.

This is not entrylevel AP. This is a role for someone who understands accounting processes, values confidentiality, and wants to be trusted with complex, highimpact work.

What You'll Be Doing
